The Coach Connell Group Program focuses on 3 levels of coaching.

Continued access to all of the Foundation level tools, leads & services
Exclusive access to smaller weekly peer group coaching sessions on Zoom
- You will receive a higher level of accountability to your lead generation activities
- We will focus on additional ways to grow your database
- We will work on your objection handling & lead conversion techniques
- We will work on your motivation & mindset
Once you CAP, you qualify for a 1 hour (private) 1-on-1 coaching session per month for 3 months at no cost.

Continued access to all of the Foundation / Momentum level tools, leads & services
You will receive two half-hour (private) 1-on-1 coaching sessions per month for 1 year
- Coaching conversations will focus on helping you maintain your momentum and reach the longer-term goals you set for your business.
- We will work on improving your systems and discuss if it is the right time to introduce leverage so you can handle more clients.
- We will also take a close look at your budget to see if you are keeping your expenses in check!
In addition, you may be invited to participate in CCG's exclusive Productivity Agent Leadership group (a/k/a "P.A.L.") where you will have the opportunity to invite new Foundation group members to shadow you at your open houses, buyer home tours or home inspections. This is a great way for your to lean into the culture of 'agents helping agents' that we pride ourselves on at Keller Williams The Marketplace!
